A Meeting with the Boss
He didn’t know how to ask for a raise, so he just sat there.
“What do you want?” said his boss.
“Uh, nothing,” he said. He got up and started toward the door.
“Wait,” said his boss. “Since you didn’t ask for anything, I’m going to give you a raise.”
His face lit up, until his boss said, “Just kidding. You’re fired.”
